AEF Solutions' Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) / Radio Frequency Interference (RFI) filter connector assembly offers several advantages over standard filter pins.
This results in in greater immunity to environmental stress - such as shock and vibration - as well as the high density of the filter module.
Our assembly is based on the integration of surface-mount devices (SMDs) technology, Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) filtering (capacitors, ferrite beads) with every connector pin into the filter module.
This achieves high performance filter modules and gives the user greater flexibility in the application of protection strategies - in addition to the added benefit of compatibility with existing connector arrangements.
Not only does our solution offer far greater reliability and vastly improved performance, it also enables the application of multi-stage filters, with Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) and Electromagnetic Pulse (EMP) stages, Electro Static Discharge (ESD) protection devices as well as common and differential mode filtering.
